Applications for the Public Housing and Section 8 programs will be taken only on Wednesdays and Thursdays during open office hours. The office is located at 1600 Hill Avenue, Tiffany manor office, Bluefield, WV 24701. If you are unable to come to the office for an application, you may call our office at 304.325.9653 and one will be mailed to you.
